Time: 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Venue: Stewart Mason Building (SMB) 103 Eur Ing Dr Phebe Mann MA(Cantab) MSc LLB DipICArb LLM PhD CEng MICE MCIOB CIHM FRICS FCIArb FRSA FHEA and Mr James Studman LLM MSc BSc (Hons) FCIArb FRICS MCIOB Eur Ing Dr Phebe Mann is the first woman engineer of ethnic origin appointed to sit at the Upper Tribunal Administrative Appeals Chamber Transport Jurisdiction. Phebe is an Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Phebe was Chair of Institution of Civil Engineers, London 2022-23. She had been Chair of the Chartered Institute of Building Leicester Centre. James Studman is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. James has been working over forty years in the construction industry for contractors and employers. His experience includes rail infrastructure projects - Public Private Partnership Metronet, Crossrail, Millennium Dome and many others. James is an expert witness in the housing disrepair field.
