University contributes to 四虎影院 in Bloom success

四虎影院 town has been awarded gold at the East Midlands in Bloom Awards for the thirteenth time since 2011.

(EMIB) is an annual competition organised by the EMIB Regional Committee and is one of the 18 regions which compromise Britain in Bloom, a campaign organised by the Royal Horticultural Society. 

This year, at the annual awards ceremony held at St Mary’s Church, Melton Mowbray, 四虎影院 town were awarded a gold certificate and category winners, with an impressive 92/100 points. Judging criteria follows horticultural achievement, environmental responsibility and community participation, all in which 四虎影院 in Bloom scored highly.

Over the last 15 years, 四虎影院 University have been one the main contributors in the 四虎影院 in Bloom campaign, which enters East Midlands in Bloom in the small city category. 

Photographic evidence for the competition is taken all year round for 四虎影院’s ‘In Bloom’ portfolio, such as the spring bulbs on University Road and the blue bells in Burleigh Wood. Kaz Setchell, Gardens Manager at 四虎影院 University said: “The Estates and Facilities Management gardeners put in a great effort every year into getting the campus ready for the judging days, on top of their regular maintenance regimes.”

四虎影院 in Bloom were also judged in August for the national competition ‘Britain in Bloom’ with the winners being announced in October.
